Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a HR & BI Analyst that has 4+ years of experience in SQL and Power BI to join their organization 100% remotely!

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

- Data Analysis: Analyze HR data including employee demographics, turnover, recruitment metrics, and performance evaluations to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to HR leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for action.
- Forecasting and Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast future HR trends and outcomes, enabling proactive decision-making and resource allocation.
- HR Metrics: Develop, track, and analyze key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement, retention, diversity, and talent acquisition.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data-driven insights.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with relevant regulations and mitigate potential risks through data analysis and monitoring.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage HR technology platforms and tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy.
- Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare HR metrics and practices against industry standards and best practices, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR team members on data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices to build analytical capabilities across the department.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership, leveraging analytical skills to address specific HR challenges or opportunities.
Required Minimum Education:

  • Bachelors Business Administration/Management or Bachelors Human Resources Management or Bachelors Statistics or Bachelors Other
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
Additional License(s) and Certification(s):
Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in HR analytics or a related analytical role. Required
5 years with sql and power BI
Required Minimum Skills:
