**Breakfast Attendant, Inn on Woodlake**
*Work Mode: Onsite*
**Location:** Kohler, WI
**$500 SIGN ON BONUS**
**Opportunity**

Specific job responsibilities:
* Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
* Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cooks line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.
* Change dishwater in dish machine every hour.Trash removal.
* Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.Sweep/mop floors.
* Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.
* Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
* Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
* Prepares salad bar items. Ensures freshness of all items; maintains small condiments with fresh contents.
* Ensures refrigeration of appropriate items immediately.
There are part time and Full Time positions available with shifts between 5 am and 12 pm, weekdays and weekends **Skills/Requirements**
* Some experience in the food preparation field in a restaurant, kitchen or dining area.
* At least 18 years of age.
* Knowledge of food preparation methods and operations, of kitchen equipment and materials used in food prep work.
