At Worldwide Foam, we're searching for skilled Production Associates to join our dynamic team. You'll have the chance to operate machinery, inspect products, and play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
SHIFT: 10:30pm - 7:00am, M-F (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $17.00 + $1.50 shift differential = $18.50 per hour
What you'll do:
- Assist with operating production equipment, ensuring optimal function and output.
- Inspect finished products with a keen eye, maintaining the highest standards.
- Transport materials, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate effectively and support your colleagues in achieving production goals.
- Adapt to new tasks and solve problems as they arise, always prioritizing safety and quality.
- Learn from experienced team members and potentially become forklift certified to expand your responsibilities.
Who you are:- You have 3+ years of experience in a production setting, bringing efficiency and reliability to your work.
- You have a sharp eye for detail, ensuring quality standards are met every step of the way.
- You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, always willing to help others succeed.
- You are self-motivated and hard-working, taking initiative and demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
