Two (2) open Part Time Positions 24 hours per week. Night Shift with weekend rotation.
STARTING RATE: $15.00 (WITHOUT EXPERIENCE) + SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
The purpose of this position is to assist with enhancing the customer experience by welcoming staff, patients and visitors entering Illini Community Hospital. As a Guest Services Representative, you will create positive experiences for customers through a welcoming interaction, assisting with customer navigation, explanation of what will happen next, and treating the customer with courtesy and respect.
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or GED - must be 18 years or older
- Positive leadership skills and experience.
- Computer literacy is required, must be able to navigate basic computer including the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer services skills, ability to work independently, problem-solve, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and use critical thinking skills.
- Positive interpersonal relationship skills required.
License/Certifications/Special Requirements: - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (within 30 days of hire)
- Recognizing and Defusing Aggressive Behavior training (within 90 day of hire)
