With over 200 employees in 10 states and 30 store locations, we have grown into one of the largest independent professional distributors in the country. Additionally, we offer education, business consulting and other forms of support for today s licensed beauty professional.We are currently seeking Distribution Center Associates to assist the DC Manager with duties including, but not limited to, shipping, picking, and packing. The pay scale for the Distribution Center Associates is $20-$27.80.Full Time Schedule:M-F 9:30am- 6pmWhat You ll Do:Picking customer orders and warehouse transfersPacking (boxing) orders and transfersBuilding and wrapping pallets for shippingShipping orders using our FedEx shipping softwareConducting periodic inventory cycle counts and annual whole warehouse physical inventory countsGeneral cleaning around the warehouseOperate pallet jackOther warehouse duties/responsibilities as neededRequirementsWho You Are:1-3 years of General Warehouse experience required.Ability to meet KPIs with little to no error.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated in a clear, concise, accurate, timely and professional manner.Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.Stand and/or sit continuously to perform job functions for a full shift.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Nice-to-Haves:Fork-lift experience a plusWhy Apply?Competitive CompensationPaid Time OffPositive Work EnvironmentEmployee DiscountsBonus Incentives
