We have partnered with a leading Concrete & Aggregates organisation to recruit for a Plant Manager to lead and manage all safety and production efforts at around 750K+ ton/year stone quarry.
The position will be based in California.
Responsibilities:
- Site planning, pit development, quality control
- Overseeing financial evaluation
- You will be responsible for ensuring total protection of assets, as well as overseeing financial evaluation, budget/cost control for the plant.
- Being the key figure in the plant for environmental, personnel and community relations duties, aligning the plant s operations with organisational standards.
- Implementing key safety and environmental policies (legal/company) and ensuring they are adhered to.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
- Minimum of 10 years Aggregate or Mining experience.
- Have a understanding of plant automation systems
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft word, power point
- Have a deeper understanding of MSHA regulations and process.
- Solid understanding of aggregate processes and equipment.
