JOB DESCRIPTION:
CENTRAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST 1001.02AR
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate with general clerical training.
- Friendly personality, proficient in proper phone etiquette.
- Experience operating a multiple-line phone system.
- Experience with all Microsoft Office programs.
- Flexible, able to work with a variety of people on varied projects.
- Must be able to lift, push or pull 40 pounds and also be able to bend at the waist, kneel and reach above your head.
REPORTS TO: Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent
JOB GOAL: To receive visitors and incoming calls to the Central Office in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Receives all calls and directs to appropriate party.
- Greets all visitors and directs them to appropriate party.
- Maintains a log of packages delivered to Central Office and notifies specific department.
- Maintains a building schedule of meeting rooms for the Central Office.
- Manages the Central Office supply inventory and orders office supplies as needed.
- Assists other Departments as needed with various assignments/projects.
- Processes all extra-curricular components, including contracts, invoices, and reasonable assurance letters for paraprofessionals.
- Manages Seamless Data Portal and provides portal assistance to Athletic Directors.
- Oversees vending orders for central office
- Oversees the orders of office supplies and maintains vending equipment supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Compensation will be determined based on 260 contract days on the board approved 105 salary schedule. This position requires an 8-hour workday.
