Job Details
Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking Experienced Welders in Holly, MI. All welders are required to take a weld test which may include vertical, horizontal, and flat welds. Pay is weekly with options for direct deposit. Employees will have the opportunity to earn an attendance bonus of an $1.30/hour for reporting on time and every day they're scheduled. Pay Rate: $18.45-$21.10/hr.
Some job requirements include:
- Must pass weld test
- MIG & TIG welding
- Steel-toed boots and jeans for all positions
- Candidates must pass criminal background check and drug test (company is no longer testing for THC for new hires!)
We are currently recruiting for future openings on the following shifts (
shift premium for 2nd shift and attendance bonus offered to employees with perfect attendance!)-
- 1st shift: 7:00-3:30pm Monday-Friday with occasional mandatory Saturdays
- 2nd shift: 4:00pm-12:30am Monday-Friday with occasional mandatory Saturdays **shift premium on 2nd shift
There is a potential for the positions to go direct based on job performance, attendance, attitude, etc. Once hired in, employees are offered Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement & Referral Bonus' with a union shop. After 6 months hired in direct, associates qualify for 401k, 401k match during the next open enrollment.
