JOB DESCRIPTION ********Job Description Summary********

The Remanufacturing Tech Development Program Manager - Wind Turbine Drivetrain Components is responsible for leading programs to reduce the lifecycle cost of gearboxes through developing and refining remanufacturing processes for GE's Onshore Wind fleet. This person will work cross-functionally with engineering & service regions to build, launch and drive services programs for drivetrain remanufacturing for both new and existing platforms around the world.****Job Description****

**Essential Responsibilities:**

* Drive global, cross-functional remanufacturing programs to deliver productivity, enable service capabilities, reduce cost, and eliminate quality issues on drivetrain components across all turbine types in the fleet

* Lead program definition, prioritization, and deployment strategy for remanufacturing programs

* Serve as a trusted resource and partner with service centers, global regions, productivity teams, and sales to feed strategy and pipeline of customer needs

* Evaluate and prioritize market and business opportunities to ensure the most effective investment in NPI funding

* Clearly communicate existing and planned remanufacturing productivity programs across global regions and functions - for both internal and external customersLead global communication and commercialization of new remanufacturing offerings

* Support expansion of Transactional share and margin with evolving, differentiated remanufactured product portfolio

* Stay current on trends in the industry and evaluate concepts being developed by third parties and competitors to determine applicability and benefits in an effort to increase our productivity, cost avoidance, & transactional sales

**Qualifications/Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited college or university

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Wind Services industry

**Desired Characteristics:**

* Program Management experience

* Technical competency (i.e. STEM background or relevant experience)

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

* Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

* Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects

* Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

* Established project management skills

* Ability to work well in ambiguity & bring order out of chaos

* Strong experience within the onshore wind market
