**Description**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
* Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and procedures for all aspects of IT services pertaining to job
* Maintains the operation of personal computers supporting hardware and software applications including custom software
* Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and support of all printers and copiers including label printers
* Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and support of all scan guns, wedge scanners and scales on production floor
* Responsible for maintenance and support of scan guns
* Setup, installation and configuration of new computers and phones for employees including imaging of computers
* Strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate technical information to a wide variety of individuals
* Adhere to and enforce our security policies
* Prompt response to system outages or service problems
* Assist with toner inventory and hardware inventory control
**Qualifications:**
* Pursuing a career in the IT field
* Hands on experience in supporting an IT infrastructure including hardware/software, Windows OS and Microsoft Applications is preferred
* Basic networking knowledge is preferred
* Technical knowledge of PC and peripheral hardware and internal components
* Demonstrated skills in organizing work, taking initiative, setting priorities, and sound decision making
* Hands-on experience with hardware, MS Windows 10, and MS O365 troubleshooting experience is preferred
* Understanding of and experience with MS operating systems
* Experience providing customers with solutions to improve product usability, performance, and customer satisfaction
* Ability to work in a team environment, as well as on an individual, unsupervised basis
