Supervision and Leadership: Assist the Supervisor in providing leadership, direction, and hands-on involvement to the shipping team. Process Optimization: Communicate and enforce standards for process time, settings, and other specifications to enhance output and maintain quality conditions. Performance Tracking: Provide tracking and feedback on results to the team and Supervisor, ensuring continuous improvement. Quality Assurance: Examine outgoing shipments for any product defects, ensuring only high-quality products leave our facility. Packaging: Assemble cardboard containers or use pre-assembled containers, insert items into containers using spacers, fillers, and protective padding. Labeling and Documentation: Stamp or glue identifying information and shipping instructions onto boxes or containers, post weights, shipping charges, and affix postage.
