POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling all aspects of divorce and family law cases from inception through completion. This role involves minimal administrative tasks, allowing you to focus primarily on legal matters and client representation. As a key member of our team, you will manage case deadlines, mentor less seasoned associates, and actively participate in court proceedings.

With a strong presence in the community and a contemporary approach to family law, our New Jersey attorneys are passionate about helping individuals and families find straightforward solutions to complex legal matters. We navigate the complexities of family court to protect the rights and interest of men and fathers so the children get the best of both parents.
OBJECTIVES
- Handle all aspects of divorce and family law cases, including child custody, child support, domestic violence, pre and post-marital agreements, dissolutions, and post-decree modifications.
- Expertly manage case deadlines to ensure timely resolution of legal matters.
- Run your own Pod, overseeing a team of legal professionals.
- Act as a mentoring attorney to less seasoned associates, providing guidance and support in legal matters.
- Attend court appearances in New Jersey and effectively advocate for clients' interests.
- Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, discovery demands and responses, correspondence, etc.
- Meet and interface with clients to provide exceptional client service and empathetic support.
- Participate in educational opportunities, including attendance and speaking engagements at major Family Law Continuing Legal Education (CLE) events.
- Have the opportunity to join the executive committee of major family law organizations.
COMPETENCIES
- Excellent writing skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of family law, with a focus on New Jersey jurisdiction.
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar is required.
- Effective, frequent, and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional client service skills with the ability to empathize with clients' situations.
- Ability to track and meet billable hour requirements.
- We are looking for experienced Family Law Attorneys only.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
- Proven experience practicing family law, with a focus on divorce matters, child custody, support, and related areas.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues and court proceedings effectively.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, in addition to utilizing other technology
