**Customer Service Representative**
**Pembroke Pines, FL - Full Time**
**Generali Global Assistance** is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to answer all incoming / outgoing calls from Travel Insurance customers. This is a true call center environment, spending approximately 90% of your day taking inbound calls.
**Qualified candidates will have:**
Prior customer service experience
A friendly, customer-centric attitude
Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
A High School Diploma or equivalent
**Ability to work any shift within the hours of operation:**
**Monday - Friday 8:00am - 9:00pm EST**
**Saturday - Sunday 9:00am - 6:00pm EST**
Position may work a portion of the time in our physical office and a portion of the time remotely. Position is required to report partially in to the office at this time.
