Role: HubSpot Administrator/Specialist

Location: Remote (EST preferred)

Salary: up to $85k DOE

Clutch is looking for a HubSpot Specialist for an agency client of ours.


In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot instance to support all aspects of our marketing, customer experience (CX), and sales efforts. You will work closely with various teams to ensure HubSpot is being used effectively to achieve our business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure the HubSpot platform to meet our specific marketing, CX, and sales needs.
  • Create and manage automated workflows, campaigns, and nurturing programs to streamline lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and completeness of our HubSpot database.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track marketing performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Integrate HubSpot with other marketing and sales tools we use.
  • Train and support internal teams on using HubSpot effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot features and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub, ideally with a HubSpot Administrator certification.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
