Customer Service Representative Job Description:
The main function of a Customer Service Representative specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical Customer Service Representative is responsible for determining the client's issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.
What you'll do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Answer phone calls and direct calls appropriately
- Greet customers an vendors
- Maintain visitor logs
- Complete filing as needed
- Interact with customers via phone and email
- Send packages via carrier and maintain tracking log
- Send shipment and order confirmations
What you'll bring to the Customer Service Representative role:
- High school diploma or GED
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Computer awareness (Microsoft and priority software)
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple direction changes
