Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the selection, training, and daily performance of all employees within assigned area, to ensure that Guest-First Service and Safety Policies are being followed at all time.
Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operation of assigned Food Service outlets to produce maximum revenues while keeping costs within budgeted guidelines.
Assume department "in-charge" duties as assigned by senior management.
Play key role in the utilization of key financial instruments such as inventory and labor software
Enforce Safety, Health and Security rules
Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specific level
Cleaning and Organizing of all food service locations front and back of the house
Make sure all locations are up to Department of Health Standards and are maintained at all times
Handle all guest concerns quickly, professionally and effectively
Other duties as assigned by Management
Organizational Relationship: Reports to Food & Beverage Manager .
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in the Food Service field, preferably in the Entertainment/Hospitality Industry
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
Ability to work well independently, without close supervision
Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, while paying close attention to detail and not losing sight of deadlines and objectives
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel and Word)
Valid New York State Driver s License, and a clear driving record
