Job Details
*This is a hybrid position that allows for the employee to work on-site during their in-office days from either Detroit, Michigan or Lansing, Michigan depending on where their home base is.

Job Requirements
- Requirement gathering, business process analysis/improvement, requirements management and software testing
- Assess As Is and To Be processes and document gaps
- Collect end-user requirements for improving business processes and software via interviews, focus groups and other stakeholder discussions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as System/Business Analyst conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with Customers and requirement gatherings.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing
- Minimum 1 years of RDBMS / SQL experience
