Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls is looking to hire a Receptionist/ VMS Admin. POSITION: Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls is looking to hire an Entry level, full-time Receptionist/ VMS Admin. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM- 5PM. Duties include but not limited to: Review work orders for accuracy Close repair orders and parts counter tickets Cash handling and receipt payments, including credit card transactions Verify totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders Route all incoming phone calls Assist with service filing Stock in New and Used vehicles Vehicle billing Scanning Car Deals Provide excellent customer service Applicant MUST: Be familiar with Excel Have basic accounting knowledge Be able to handle multiple tasks Have excellent organizational skills Be an enthusiastic team player Be self-motivated REQUIREMENTS: Must have a good attitude, excellent customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are necessary.
