Reports directly to the applicable Business Unit Manufacturing Leader or Supervisor, provides a combination of training support to assigned manufacturing area and general production support to ensure manufacturing goals are achieved for areas assigned. Training responsibilities will be primarily in the form of train-the-trainer activities to coordinate training across qualified trainers (Level 1 and above) and ensure consistent training practices for new associates and associates increasing their skill levels through the pay for skills process.
