Job Description:
6+ years working as Business Analyst or Product Owner or a combination of both in Banking and Financial services industry.
Knowledge on AML and working on Compliance / Regulatory domain , multi-year consent order type efforts.
Strong understanding and experience in working with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
Proficiency in using Jira (creating & tracking issues , creating dashboards etc.)
Ability to understand data requirements, create SQL queries and analyze and validate data. Have worked on complex ETL projects .
Person with Problem solving skills , Curious and Inquisitive nature and shows attention to details
Proficient in MS Excel , PowerPoint
Familiarity with UI based projects
Experience in managing testing (UAT)
Exposure to testing automation tools like zephyr/selenium
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives
