Driver Job Description:
With the opportunity to take the Chick-fil-A experience beyond the restaurant, delivery drivers have an opportunity to serve customers with the same hospitality and efficiency they experience at Chick-fil-A restaurants. Delivery drivers are Chick-fil-A ambassadors within the community, executing best driving practices while in a vehicle.
Responsibilities of a Driver:
- Using our navigation app to plan the best routes
- Staying up-to-date with weather and road conditions
- Adjusting routes based on road, traffic, and weather conditions
- Conducting daily vehicle maintenance checks
- Immediately reporting any potential vehicle issues
- Interacting with delivery clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing excellent driving experience
- Use our app appropriately
Driver Job Requirements:- 21 years or older
- A valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Driving experience
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps
- Ability to handle catering bags and equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and polite disposition
