Legal Fusion is conducting an exclusive search for a preeminent California law firm renowned for its representation of public sector and nonprofit agencies throughout California. Specifically, our clients seeks a junior to mid-level L&E associate to join its very busy team. This role includes both litigation and advice and counsel work.
Responsibilities include:
- Employment litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings
- Conducting investigations and trainings
- Providing strategic counseling
- Opportunity to work on traditional labor law matters, as well as public law matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of employment law experience
- Public agency experience is a plus
- Superior academics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Admitted to practice in California
