Position: Retail Hourly Associate

Overview:

• Embrace the opportunity to merchandise, stock, and deliver exceptional guest service while showcasing our premium chocolate line. Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must embody high energy, reliability, a strong work ethic, and flexibility to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding guest service, managing cash handling and credit card processing procedures proficiently.
• Assemble retail items according to company recipe guidelines.
• Maintain adequate product supply and ensure proper pricing and signage.
• Uphold sales floor cleanliness, product arrangement, and display standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, pricing, and company history to enhance guest experience and facilitate upselling.
• Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of all work areas.
• Support fountain area operations, including stocking, preparation, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Perform candy making duties, ensuring equipment functionality and adherence to recipes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic math computations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
• Effective time management skills.
• Commitment to providing superior guest service with a warm demeanor and smile.
• Experience operating a dishwashing machine preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma preferred.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr + Tips
