The Houseperson cleans assigned area in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management.
Complies with all guest service basics such as uniforms, name tags and proper guest greeting. Knowledgeable on hotel facilities and services to assist guests as appropriate. Ensures all communication containing Company, hotel, brand and guest information is consistent with privacy policies, practices and regulations. Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner.

* Receive assignments keys and supplies from Housekeeping management. Ensure all supplies are available to properly clean. Turn in keys, properly store and secure caddie/cart and unused supplies at end of shift.
* Clean assigned areas in accordance with policies, procedures and brand standards
* Remove soiled linens, dishes, trash and place in appropriate locations in the prescribed manner
* Appropriate and proper use cleaning equipment and supplies
* Prompt turn in to housekeeping management of all articles left in public spaces for entry into Lost and Found
* Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and associates
* Comply with policies and procedures. Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures
* Central location in Downtown Providence
* Adjacent to Dunkin Donuts Center and the Rhode Island Convention Center
