Job Responsibilities

  • Manage an evolving suite of 6- 8 educational impact/outcome evaluations;
  • Manage, design, and execute the strategy for investigating state and district Professional Learning evaluations;
  • Drive dynamic strategies that lead field-facing teams to improve their utilization of research resources;
  • Collaborate across departments to communicate datasource needs and to solicit feedback during solution development;
  • Serve on cross-functional teams to develop solutions to improve the implementation of state, school and district partners, with data-insights;
  • Flexibly serve and support the Sales and Implementation teams as research and evaluation questions and needs arise from the field via email and phone consultations.


Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in educational evaluation, measurement, statistics, or a related field preferred;
  • 3+ years of research, evaluation, school/ district data leadership, or relevant experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in quantitative data analysis with proficiency in SPSS.
  • Skilled in analyzing data sets extracted from various sources and adept at collecting, compiling, analyzing, and reporting data from large-scale databases.
  • Experience building data visualizations using Tableau preferred, and open to learning new data visualization tools;
  • Ability to translate non-technical questions into data-based evaluation solutions, with portfolio analysis and detailed progress-monitoring reports;
  • Enjoy creating solutions for other teams and then measuring the impact of the solutions through layers of people and metrics;
  • Proven understanding of statistical analysis and educational research and evaluation designs;
  • Proven understanding of the evaluation needs of large school districts;
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously with high quality results on projects with short turnaround times;
  • Thrive in being innovative and flexible in managing solutions and in problem solving.
