A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Manager.

Key duties include:
- Preparing and maintaining employee records related to performance evaluations, hiring, training and PTO in HRIS
- Maintaining and updating employee handbooks, directories and organizational charts
- Evaluating job positions and determining non-exempt, exempt status and salary range
- Preparing detailed job descriptions and systems to define job levels and families in partnership with other leaders
- Identify vacancies and recruit, process and review applications to evaluate qualifications
- Review time sheets and compute wages and reconcile payroll discrepancies, process and issue employee pay statements of earnings & deductions
- Address employee relations items and work through employee complaints and other employee concerns
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Payroll processing experience
- SPHR/PHR certification preferred
- Bachelor in Human Resources or related field preferred
