Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and industry personnel to consistently achieve new and repeat business Demonstrate a professional, consultative approach to selling to identify and qualify leads resulting in sales opportunities Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales target goals Build a book of business leads by researching internal and external databases, websites, social media platforms, and foster new referrals. Pro-actively targeting your list through high volumes of outbound sales calls and emails designed to convert prospects into LPJ clients Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM tool Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results Responsible for providing trip support to LPJ private jets clients and broking team Provide and/or deliver accurate price quoting to brokers and direct customers promptly Gather all trip-specific details and provide them to the quoting team Determine or arrange concierge services, ground transportation, catering, or other specific requests from clients Complete final pre-flight checks for crew, aircraft location, and logistics Flight-follow and monitor potential flight issues and communicate those to the relevant senior team manager(s) when necessary Demonstrate an expert understanding of LPJ partnerships and services, as well as aircraft and charter processes Maintain full compliance with company procedures and protocols to ensure the protection of both LPJ and the client's best interests Build relationships with Private Jet Operators to ensure we provide the most suitable aircraft choices for the clients requirements Manage private jet charter bookings with the quoting team from inquiry to completion Oversee flight departures with special attention to client relationships Make prompt, clear decisions that may involve tough choices or considered risks What we are looking for: Self-starter with the ability to identify and target outbound prospects and key decision-makers within accounts Understanding of the US and international private jet charter market along with its rules and regulations Organizational skills with great attention to detail Ability to prioritize actions during time-sensitive situations Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills Logical approach to solving problems rapidly Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong negotiation, mathematical, and business skills Passionate attitude about aviation Commitment to promoting the LPJ culture and brand everywhere and anywhere Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Business Suite a must, with the ability to learn new systems Possess an unyielding drive to exceed goals and objectives in a competitive environment Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Business or a related field, or 5+ years of proven sales performamnce high-end sales experience, with a history of exceeding revenue targets Previous work experience in the aviation sales industry is preferred General knowledge of aviation and private travel logistics is a plus Experience, working knowledge of CRM systems, demonstrable sales track record of prospecting and managing leads Diversity and Inclusion: Lincoln Private Jets is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
