Summary: Great opportunity to join Fortune Brands Innovations' Digital Media Center of Excellence leading both DTC and Retail channels. The Manager, Digital Media, will have 7 plus years of proven experience in digital media planning, buying, and optimization, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. Additionally the successful candidate will manage a team of 3 and must have 2-4 years of experience of experience directly managing others.

Status and Location: This is a full-time Hybrid role and requires presence in the office (3 days per week, Tue-Wed-Thu, with the ability to work remotely Mondays and Fridays) in any of the following locations:

* North Olmsted / Cleveland, OH

* Maumee / Toledo, OH

* Deerfield / Chicago, IL

* Oak Creek / Milwaukee, IL

The successful candidate must live within commutable distance to any one of the locations listed above.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business objectives for both DTC and retail channels.

* Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels.

* Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, e-commerce, and product development to align paid media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.

* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising to continuously innovate and enhance campaign performance.

* Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital media landscape.

* Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure effective execution and delivery of paid media campaigns.

* Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
