Daily Responsibilities As An Entry Level Enrollment Representative:
- Educate and qualify consumers on the fundamentals of our services, products, and packages
- Effectively great and enroll members to appropriate plans based on member's needs and eligibility
- Seamlessly navigate difficult conversations with customers and demonstrate empathy and discretion around confidential information
- Meet the performance goals established for the Entry Level Enrollment Representative team in the following areas: effectiveness, efficiency, consumer satisfaction, and conflict resolution
- Must attend meetings and training to remain current on all communicated changes in process and policies/guidelines
- Maximize the use of community services, support programs, and resources available to customers
- Propensity to quickly build rapport and respond to customers with courteousness and a sense of urgency
