A bsence/Time Tracking Workday Resource:

Assists clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Absence module. Knowledge of payroll and time tracking. This specialty uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order achieve client expected business results. This specialty includes implementation planning, fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout and potentially post-implementation support. Consultant resolves configuration and functional business issues tied to Absence and Time Tracking. Global knowledge a plus.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Lead Consultant, you will demonstrate experience in the following areas:

Workstream Lead Duties:

Participation in and Absence Lead in all stages of a workday project lifecycle; planning, design and testing through to deployment and support/enhancement.

Actively support the Project Manager to plan tasks and tenants across all project stages, in collaboration with other workstreams, to factor all dependencies.

Communicate, plan and solution effectively with other members of the team, management, and client.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to clearly and articulately document workbooks, decision papers, risks, project status and other relevant project documentation

Lead workshops and design sessions, translating client requirements into deliverable functional solutions adhering to best practices.Use your consultative experience to develop solutions to plug any functional gaps

Provide clear instructions & guidance to clients for populating workbooks, test cases and training material

Plan and lead building of all prototype tenants and migration to Production including smoke testing activities

Deliver client confirmation sessions demonstrating configuration in the prototype tenant builds, and how the customer requirements are met. Ensure client team is prepared for testing

Lead testing support activities to ensure defects are resolved in satisfactory SLA's

Ensure all Delivery Assurance (DA) Checkpoints are compliant and completed on time

Assist with Data Conversion & Reporting activities as needed

Assist integrations teams with functional guidance

Provide regular project status updates to the Project Manager, highlighting and mitigating Risks and Issues early

Provide clear guidance to the client team and your consulting colleagues throughout all project stages

Required Skills : Workday absence module - how it ties into the Workday migration and implementation - Knowledge of it, implement, migration too o If they haven't worked at a company that hasn't done implementation of absence that's fine o Fully understand the workday absence module
