Job Description
TerraGraphics Environmental Engineering, Inc. seeks qualified candidates for Project Controls Specialist positions (all levels) to be based out of our Pasco, WA office for work at the DOE Hanford site. The successful candidates will be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who can work well on a team and independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualified applicants to this position will be placed on a roster for potential future openings.
Responsibilities Include:
Project Controls Specialists may develop P6 schedules, support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance, and generate/implement Baseline Change Requests. Project Controls Specialists must have a demonstrated knowledge of scheduling and cost concepts including scope, schedule, and budget development and monitoring.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Project Controls at DOE facilities.
- Knowledge and experience of EVMS processes.
- Cost analyst experience
Required Qualifications:
1) Minimum education of a BA/BS degree. Buyer accepts equivalency of two (2) years' experience for one (1) year of education.
2) Minimum of eight (8) years' related project controls and/or project management experience.
3) Minimum of eight (8) years' related experience in Primavera P6®.
4) Minimum of five (5) years' related experience in long range performance measurement baseline planning and near-term field execution planning with project scheduling utilizing various project controls tools.
5) Minimum of five (5) years' related experience in Deltek Cobra and Microsoft Excel or similar cost baseline programs.
6) Minimum of five (5) years' related experience in schedule development, schedule analysis, Performance Measurement Baseline planning, program/project baseline development, Earned Value Management
reporting, change management, and Earned Value Management.
