The Lead Building Engineer is the on-site representative of the building owner and is the main point of contact of the stadium operations leadership team on a day-to-day basis. This person is responsible for the overall satisfactory performance of all maintenance and coordinating all engineering operations of the facility. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Engineering. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day performance, maintenance and repairs of all mechanical, electrical and craft services, ensuring operation within design capabilities and achieving proper environmental conditions in a sports and entertainment facility setting. Oversee and ensure the efficient operation of the facility equipment and systems. Develop operating instructions and procedures for equipment and systems.
