**The Job Details are as follows:**

**Responsibilities:**

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ILLiad via phone and email

* Document all activity in Zendesk

* Create and review knowledgebase articles.

* Work with other team members to solve issues if necessary

* Have a passion for helping customers and resolving issues

**Qualifications:**

* Knowledge and understanding of the following:

* Basic SQL scripting knowledge

* Troubleshooting skills of Windows Operating systems and applications

* Technical ability to notify and document bugs

* Basic knowledge of technical writing

* Maintain calm under stress

* Able to prioritize multiple tasks and member issues efficiently

* Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

* Strong technical skills

* Understanding of library workflows (specifically resource sharing) is a plus
