Customer Support Associate: Supply Chain/Logistics
Location: Des Plaines, IL
Pay: $22-$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Our client is looking for Customer Support Associate to join a dynamic team dedicated to simplifying global trade for businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of global trade processes and contribute to warehouse operations support.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, swiftly resolving issues and escalating as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of communication and uphold our customer service benchmarks.
- Provide regular updates on merchant tickets to Support and Direct Managers.
- Foster productive relationships with account management teams and supply chain partners.
Physical Requirements - Lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Engage in various physical activities during shifts, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Utilize equipment such as carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move items within the warehouse.
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment standards.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of customer service or operations support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
