Tekton Research is seeking a Regional Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO.
This is an onsite position based in Denver 2373 Central Park Blvd, Ste 300 Denver, CO 80238 and will require regular travel to our other site locations in the Region [Fort Collins 2126 Milestone Dr, Ste 101 Fort Collins, CO 80525 & Longmont 205 S Main St A2, Longmont, CO 80501].
The Regional CRC is responsible for leading and supporting new site setup, training, and managing studies at other regional site locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: regulatory duties, performing study visits, training staff on protocols, clear and direct communication with study sponsor/CRO's, attending study monitor visits and various other CRC duties including Phlebotomy and IP Administration. Adherence to Tekton SOPs and work processes is required as well as regular travel to other sites in the region [Fort Collins & Longmont].
Essential Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Clinical Research Coordinating experience
- Experience leading 3-5 studies
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Phlebotomy, IP Admin experience
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Shows strategic leadership abilities
- Proven critical thinker and ability to be flexible and pivot when issues arise
- Ability to travel up to 85%
