Construction boutique firm seeking associate attorney with 2-6 years litigation experience.
Excellent writing skills a must, with well-developed skills for performing legal research, analyzing complex legal issues, preparing legal memoranda, and assisting with drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and other legal filings as well as discovery demands.
The candidate will be expected to maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior appearances at court conferences and hearings a plus.
Candidates will have the opportunity to participate in contract review and drafting. Prior contract negotiation experience a plus.

5-7 Years Experience in construction or transactional real estate.
Litigation experience a must
In office position 5 days a week.
Able to handle cases from start to finish with little oversight.
Salary $150,000-$175000
Admission in NY required, NJ a plus.
