Description

Employee must be able to cross-train and share responsibilities with the team. Employee must communicate and work with other members of the team to ensure customer satisfaction. Employees will cooperate with other employees, supervisors and management and perform other duties as requested by supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a prompt manner and dispatch the call.
  • Attend the customer in the most courteous manner.
  • Assist with accounting research and corrections.
  • Cross train in accounts payable, accounts receivables, inventory, reconciling, and cashier department.
  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining files in the accounting share drive.
  • Assist with accounting research and correction
  • Prepare bank deposits for daily sales.
  • Perform other office job duties, as necessary.
  • Possess good clerical skills.
  • Have good customer relation's skills.
  • Desk type work while working on a computer.
  • A good employee relationship is essential.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and keep a positive attitude.
  • Should have excellent telephone techniques.
  • Must be proficient in computer skills (MS Office) such as Word and Excel.
  • Must have an overview of our general business.
  • Computer knowledge is essential.
  • At least 2 years of customer service and clerical work experience or related field
  • Must be available and flexible for any shift rotations.
  • High school diploma or GED
