Spherion is seeking a skilled production lead for our client in Fort Wayne!
This role will lead a team of assemblers in a dynamic environment, assembling intricate components and products.

Responsibilities:
Our ideal Production leader will have experience taking accountability for their department's safety, quality, and productivity.
Your day-to-day activities will focus on:
Organizing daily tasks
Motivating your teams
Implement and train new quality processes, updates, and revisions
Supervise assembly productivity.
Ensure adherence to company policies
Ensure teams are adhering to safety policies
Ensure 5-S standards are maintained
Monitor KPI's and communicate set goals and expectations
Coaching, training and developing a safe, successful team
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
