To coordinate flow of raw materials, work in progress, and finished product effectively and accurately. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with housekeeping safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements. Adhere to GMP guidelines for personal practices regarding hygiene and cleanliness. Hand-stacking of individual cakes (eaches) to build pallets. Assist with manual conversion of eaches into cases using case packing equipment as necessary. Assist with Palletizer and Shrink Wrap operations as necessary. Keep work area clean. Provide coverage in other departments when needed.
