Duties / Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials for each job site spec, which will be accomplished by:

* Completing training programs as provided

* Review and understand weekly/monthly production forecasting.

* Attend daily and/or weekly staff meetings. At these meetings communicate Damaged Material Report (DMR) issues, discrepancy issues from audits, inventory preparation, material issues, etc.

* Gather Feedback from Framers and Site Supervisors.

* Communicate necessary feedback with the estimation team.

* Help facilitate repair requests.

* Direct involvement in conducting physical inventory

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Four-year degree or relevant experience

* Two to Three years of experience in the construction industry with knowledge of framing.

* Must have excellent mathematical skills

* Great attention to details, organizational and analytical skills.

* Ability to work independently or in a team environment

* Motivated to pursue improvement

* Demonstrates initiative and assertiveness

* Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and internal customers

* Knowledge in MS Office software, including Excel

Physical Demands:

* Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.

* Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Travel Requirements:

* Travel to surrounding customer job sites.

* Valid Drivers License with For Hire endorsement.
