Job Details
The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient. He/ She will also Communicate with and support healthcare team, patients and/or patients family or significant other(s). They will also maintain and demonstrate high standards of professional ethics. Position Responsibilities: - Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient which includes providing a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm environment. - Provides restraint care to patients in restraints. - Identifies and communicates changes in patients status to RN and responds appropriately. - Assists in orientation of healthcare team. - Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:Must have strong communication skills. Required Education:High School diploma or GED.
