Responsibilities:
This full-time exempt position is responsible formulating a flight plan taking into accordance aircraft performance, altitude, fuel, and weather and flying the plane. It also responsible for conducting pre-flight checks, collaborating with co-pilots and ensuring the rules of the aircraft are being adhered to safety transport passengers and cargo to final destination.
Responsibilities:
- Plans and conducts flights in compliance with company operations manual and applicable federal, domestic, and international flight regulations while upholding the highest safety standards and practices
- Planning flight routes to ensure efficient use of fuel and time, including reviewing weather conditions along the route
- Coordinating with other pilots to ensure that flights depart and arrive on time
- Making regular checks on the aircraft's technical performance to ensure proper maintenance efficient and safe operation.
- Maintaining accurate records of flight hours, routes flown, equipment used, and passenger information
- Communicating with air traffic control about any changes in flight plans or problems with the aircraft
- Using radar equipment to track aircraft position, speed, and direction of flight
- Will be expected to employ a level of authority, responsibility, and professionalism that is well beyond just piloting aircraft
- Will operate all aircraft under Federal Aviation Regulation
- Conducting training exercises to improve flying skills and proficiency in emergency situations

- Completes other duties as assigned by management personnel
Qualifications:
- Commercial Pilot or ATP MEL License
- First class medical
- Must have 4,000 hours total flight time.
- Must have at least 2,000 multi-engine hours total flight time.
- Must have 1500 jet flight time.
- 250 hours PIC in a Pilatus PC-24.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
