JOB SUMMARY: An Assembler II interprets assembly procedures, assembly drawings, mechanical drawings, and part lists to assemble products adhering to Best Manufacturing Practices.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Use basic electronic measurement devices, typical manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures, and hand tools.
  • Build and test basic products to specifications while meeting established quality guidelines.
  • Properly use tools and fixtures to prevent damage/scrap of parts and production downtime.
  • Complete assigned jobs per established budget.
  • Ability to wire bond/solder.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions from documented specification drawings and established procedures.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: High School or Equivalent
  • Experience Years: 1-3 years
  • Experience Type: Basic electro-mechanical assembly
  • OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Manual dexterity
  • To sit at workstation/microscope for shift duration
