We currently have an opportunity for a Preventative Maintenance Lead to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Appleton, WI.

Pay: $37.08 / Hour
Your Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, generators, controls, instruments, cooling and heating equipment, lift trucks, and lighting/sound systems. You will have the opportunity to:
- Inspect production lines, facilities, and support equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
- provide electrical and mechanical training and assistance to work team
- Develop maintenance schedule
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations of safety incidents

We need you to have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of industry manufacturing electrical and mechanical experience
- Knowledge of how to read and follow equipment schematics, blue prints, specifications and building plans and manuals required.
- Theoretical and applied knowledge of electrical theory and production line control, instrumentation and basic process.
- Ability to lift/push/pull over 50 lbs
Icing on the cake:
- Previous maintenance experience with extrusion
