Cover acute and pain management center

HR Related / Perks:
Pay: $85,000 - $115,000
Sign-on bonus: $10,000
Relocation: $4,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours

Minimum Requirements:
Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program with Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
Maintain current CEU's as required by state licensure
Active Physical Therapist License in state where services are rendered
Demonstrated clinical competence
Critical thinking and sound judgement
Work well under supervision and with a team
