Location: Henderson, KY
Hourly Rate: $27.00/hr
Shift: Must be able to work all 3 shifts

While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, a Production Worker is responsible for the safe operation of production equipment using standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include providing assistance in various areas of our manufacturing process as directed. Strive to meet plant goals and customer requirements. Safety is the top priority of every employee.
What you'll be doing:
- Fills a variety of roles on the production line as needed
- Sets up, operates, and maintains production equipment or machinery
- Prepares, inspects, or measures raw materials
- Checks components for compliance with tolerances or specifications; may perform finish work
- Packages, stores, and ships completed goods
- May provide training or guidance to new production workers
We'd love to hear from you if: - Performs work under general supervision.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
- Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter
- May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group
- Typically requires a high school diploma and 2 to 4 years of experience
