Part-time positions: $14/hr. *must meet minimum scheduling requirements
$12.75/hr positions are available to those who would like a more limited schedule.
$12.30/hr positions are available for 15 year old Team Members with 4pm to 7pm shift availability during the week.

As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at either the front counter or drive-thru areas, maintain cleanliness in all FOH areas, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and truthful character while demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.
Our BOH Team Members support the kitchen team in performing various tasks such as breading chicken, working the fryers, assembling sandwiches, washing fruits and vegetables, making salads, baking breads and desserts, etc. The ability to adhere to the highest level of food sanitation practices while cooking is a priority.
Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly and fun environment. Chick-fil-A is an opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds. We are looking for both full-time and part-time team members. Team Members must be available a variety of weekdays and on BOTH Friday and Saturday, as these are our busiest days. Requirements- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- BOH: Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low.
- BOH: Ability to work in a hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- FOH: Must enjoy working with guests and believe in service with a smile
- FOH: Must be willing to work outside when scheduled in the Drive-Thru areaEvery Team Member takes their turn.
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must be at least 15 years old for FOH. Must be at least 16 years old for BOH.
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to lift 15 - 20 pounds
