Details for Customer Service Representative:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Start time can be flexible 7:00am, 7:30am, 8:00am, or 8:30am)
- Pay Rate: $20/hr
- Weekly pay
Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:- Processes customer orders, service requests, price requests, and returns via live chat, email, and over the phone
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders, deliveries, backorders, etc.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:- 3 years of recent experience in a customer service or sales support role REQUIRED
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or GED
