****Summary of Job Duties:****

In Support of Student Success, the Administrative Specialist I job duties include greeting students and visitors, answering phones and questions, and directing students and visitors to appropriate person(s) and/or office(s). This position will work directly with Student Success team members in execution of all programs and setting up and tracking events and competencies in Suitable and other platforms. The common tasks, duties and responsibilities include:

Securing event venues and logistics, ordering supplies, creating and providing support for setup of events in coordination with third party vendors as directed, managing catering orders and deliveries for programming, assisting in supporting programming for other Walton College providers as appropriate (ie: Career Services, Business Communication Lab, etc.), tracking events and competencies in Suitable and other platforms.

Supports and performs other related duties as assigned including special projects.

Regular, non-disruptive and reliable attendance is an essential job duty, as well as the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.****Qualifications:****

* Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

**Salary Information:**
