Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with both technical project teams and commercial lines of business
- Initiate work requests and fulfill client advocate tasks
- Work closely with client manager to ensure your time is focused on the most business-critical projects
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of work experience to include experience in client relationship management, IS marketing, and process/product improvement
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with MS Office
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of job-related work experience
This job is primarily an onsite role. You will be required to work at an onsite location. This position may allow up to 50% remote work.
The hourly range for this position is $30 $35/hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
